Jennifer Clark | Edmonton Personal Stylist Brand Photography
This is definitely not my first rodeo with Jennifer Clark. 😂
I’ve photographed Jennifer before. She’s styled me. She’s worked with SO many of my branding clients over the years. We’ve worked together on photoshoots more times than I could count at this point, and somewhere along the way she also became someone I’m very lucky to call a friend.
So when it was time for another round of Edmonton personal stylist brand photography, we weren’t exactly starting from scratch.
This time, I really wanted to show more of what Jennifer actually does.

Brand Photography for an Edmonton Personal Stylist
Jennifer’s work isn’t just about putting together a cute outfit.
She helps women figure out what actually works for their style, body, lifestyle and goals, whether that’s editing what’s already hanging in their closet, shopping for the pieces they’re missing or helping them prepare for a photoshoot. Her whole approach is centred around making personal style feel easier and helping women feel more confident in what they’re wearing.
So naturally, we needed a CLOSET.

These kinds of images are some of my favourites to create during a branding photoshoot because they immediately tell you what someone does without needing a paragraph of explanation.
Jennifer sorting through clothes, looking at accessories, pulling pieces from a closet… that’s her business in action.

Brand Photos That Show the Client Experience
We also brought another person into the shoot so we could show what it actually looks like to work with Jennifer.

Instead of having Jennifer pretend to style an imaginary person, we could photograph the little interactions that naturally happen when she’s working with someone: looking through clothing together, making adjustments and helping pull a look together.
And because Jennifer also works with entrepreneurs on photoshoot styling, these images give her plenty of content to talk about that part of her business too.

And Obviously, We Needed Some Jennifer
Because as much as I love working photos, we still need to see the person behind the business.

Jennifer’s brand has always felt warm, approachable and very HER, so the goal wasn’t to make this shoot feel overly polished or staged.
We wanted a mix of what she does, what it’s like to work with her and the personality behind it all.

And after photographing Jennifer more than once, working alongside her with my own clients AND having her style me, I can confirm: she really is this fun to work with. 😂

Need Your Own Branding Photos?
You don’t need to be a personal stylist to show people what it actually looks like to work with you. That’s one of my favourite things to plan for during a branding photoshoot.
