Entrepreneur Portrait Photography
I had so much fun capturing Entrepreneur Portrait Photography for this incredible woman! Ariana is a woman of many talents. Singer, performer, voice-over actor, mom, social media strategist, aaaand entertainment and events specialist. Phew! She is so expressive, not shy of the camera, and incredibly fun to photograph! We wanted to capture all of the elements of her life and business in her photoshoot, and I think it came together amazingly! She mentioned that she often works amongst chaos at home with raising little ones, so having their toys and books incorporated into her photos was a must! Her other half (aka husband) is also a musician so we brought him in for some photos as well.
A little bit about Ariana:
For the past 15 years, Ariana has been a singing and dancing entertainment machine. She studied music and music business at MacEwan University and LIPA Liverpool, toured the UK in musicals, sailed the seas during an unforgettable 5-year career with Royal Caribbean Entertainment and Royal Caribbean International, and upon returning to Edmonton had amazing performance experiences with the Edmonton Symphony, Uptown and JC Changing Lives Foundation to name a few…
Cue the sad violin music every event and entertainment pro has been repeating in their brains 24/7 since March…PIVOT! If a career in entertainment has taught Ariana anything, it’s perseverance and adaptability. And that her creativity doesn’t end with performance. So…she went back to school.
Now with a social media certificate nearly complete from the University of Alberta and UAlberta Extension, she has found a new passion. She discovered a talent for branding and developing social strategies. Ariana found a renewed excitement in connecting with local entrepreneurs (her heroes). And she really, really, really LOVES….analyzing data. Say what? She’s serious.
