Kristen is an amazing woman that I am proud to call my friend. She is a personal trainer in Edmonton, Alberta and specializes in helping women navigate hormone health with exercise and nutrition.  I have done group fitness classes and one on on personal training with her and, trust me, she is amazing at what she does!! Kristen is a heart-centered and spiritual woman, and I am so grateful to have captured her essence in these images!
