After hundreds of photoshoots, Iāve seen which poses, expressions and setups consistently work. I created this guide to put those ideas in one place, with real-photo examples and simple directions to help you find what feels like you and communicate it to your photographer.

WHO MADE THIS?
Iām Christina, and trust me, I know a thing or two about planning brand photoshoots.
Iāve been photographing women since 2006, so yes, Iāve spent a ridiculous number of hours telling people what to do with their hands. š
After hundreds of photoshoots, Iāve learned that the smallest details can completely change an image. A different expression, a simple prop or one tiny adjustment can take you from another awkward photo youāll never use to something that actually feels like you.
